The Little Bliss List ~ Simply Scrumptious!

Every Friday, the Little Bliss List provides a chance for us to celebrate the little things that brought us hope and happiness this week. I do believe when we focus on the sweet stuff of life, the sweet stuff multiplies. And by sharing those small gifts in our lives, we help others notice the gifts in theirs.

So good to see you here! I’ve got all kinds of sweetness to share with you today – and I hope you have some to share with me. Ready to dig in?

1) Hard to believe this time last week, we were at the hospital with Ryder! Our brave boy was a star patient and has spent this week recovering at home. I must admit, having him rely on me more than usual for comfort and help has been kinda lovely. Thanks so much for all of the warm wishes and love sent our way!!

2) My mom stayed overnight and made her vegetarian lasagna. So yummy! There were leftovers and I seriously got excited about lunch for several days afterward!

3) Oh, you guys. This is so exciting for me: I hired a new assistant and she starts TODAY! Just in time for my Etsy shop to re-open next week and before other big projects come to life, giving me time to focus on the most important stuff. Pinch me!

3) I met for dinner with my intention circle this week. Those ladies know just how to motivate me to move from dreaming to doing. I walk away each month feeling so energized.

4) Yesterday, I listened in as Ryder made monster noises and Tru giggled like crazy. Roar, giggle, roar, giggle. Music to my ears, those belly laughs are!

5) I caught up on some films this week. Yes, we’re about a year late, but Brad and I finally saw The Help. I cried a river, but I loved sharing that movie together and talking about it afterwards. And I finally watched The Shift featuring Dr. Wayne Dyer and Portia de Rossi; totally recommend it for anyone feeling stuck in the muck. Oh! And that reminds me – I read Wayne’s new children’s book, I AM, and we both loved it!

Gosh, it continues to feel so good to create this little gratitude list at the end of each week. I’d love for you to join in! Share your own bliss list in the comment section or via your own blog. You can participate in the link party below through Sunday at midnight central.
