Every Friday, the Little Bliss List provides a chance for us to celebrate the little things that brought us hope and happiness this week. I do believe when we focus on the sweet stuff of life, the sweet stuff multiplies. And by sharing those small gifts in our lives, we help others notice the gifts in theirs.
So glad you’re back for another Little Bliss List! Share your own list in the comments section or share your blog post in our link-up so others can visit you! Here’s my Little Bliss List for the week…
1) A delivery guy brought 10 new bags of salt for our water softener yesterday. I know it sounds silly, but that salt makes such a difference! Good for the skin, hair, dishes, laundry…such a relief!
2) My giggly, snuggly Tru makes my heart do cartwheels, especially when he comes up and says, “I get on you” – meaning he wants to climb in my lap and stay awhile!
3) I am excitedly brainstorming, researching and daydreaming for several projects you’ll hear about later this year. So fulfilling to be so fired up about the work/play I’m doing!
4) I fell in love with a song I heard on the radio: I Won’t Give Up On You by Jason Mraz. You may all know it already, but I’d never heard it. Once I downloaded it, I listened over and over and it never got old.
5) I received some incredibly sweet notes from art customers and blog readers. I got all choked up each time!
Your turn, lovelies! Show me your bliss!

Love your list Liv. Am off now to listen to that song! Em x
Liv – this is such a beautiful idea. I love your list – it is so important to embrace the little moments that define our hearts. Thank you for helping me to remember those that have resonated with me.
Thanks, Lori! That’s the idea – so glad it inspired you to reflect on your own week!
Ohhh what a list! That picture really made my smile!
Can’t wait to hear what the new projects will be about!
“I get on you.” LOL I can imagine there is no other way then just smile when a little one is telling you this haha.
Have a nice weekend.
Lindsay
Thanks, Lindsay – yeah, it just melts my heart and I’m happy to put down whatever I’m doing for those snuggles. I know they won’t be given so freely forever!
Jason Mraz is one of my favourites and listening to his songs always takes me to that sweet place.
Thanks for hosting this list. I look forward to it each week.
Happy it is nearly my weekend, but had a wonderful week! My Bliss List:
1. 2 hour car ride with my 25 yr. old son – time to get caught up and just be together. I am so proud of him!!
2. My daughter made me giggle all day from an email she wrote about visiting Grandma – she didn’t think she could leave the baby behind with daddy all weekend – haha – I told her I know Grandma would love to see her, but I was sure we should not show up without 4 month old Audrey!
3. Finally I am sleeping through the night, with pj’s and covers! Yea! Bio-identical hormones rock!
4. Played in my kitchen last night for dinner at 9p.m.! Mac-n-cheese, Tuna Pea salad, chocolate croissants!
There was more, but my day is off to a fabulous start just from looking back and remembering those great bliss moments of the week!
Love this list, Debbie! Chocolate croissants for dinner? I’m coming to your houes! Happy Friday!
The tricycle picture made me smile and the song made me cry. You have beautiful sons. I am glad that you are encouraging us all to focus on the sweet stuff.
Isn’t that sweet, Patti? That’s actually my oldest son, who’s now 9…taking off on his tricycle after a winter storm when he was four! Thanks for stopping by.
Hopefully a new song means a new tour soon : ) Thanks again for this inspiration, Liv!

There were many blissful moments this past week. The one that keeps coming to mind is Wednesday evening sitting on the couch with my husband and our dog (her name is Pippy and she is the love of our lives) with the fireplace going and we are both reading on our computers. Relaxing and very enjoyable. Hope it is a special weekend for all of you. Think good thoughts.
Liv ~ I’m always confident that when I take a few moments to visit your blog, I will walk away feeling uplifted and you never ever disappoint.
Blissful moments this week ~
Having my (retired) husband prepare dinner for me every night and never letting me help with the dishes.
Having my husband rub my neck after very stressful days at work and never complaining about how much time I spend in my little studio playing with my papers and making making my cards.
Being able to talk to my daughter every day and share a few laughs.
Having a husband who makes me laugh “out loud” each & every single day!
Although life is never perfect and we have many issues to deal with ~ I have many blissful moments and am so thankful for them!

I love that you included water softener salt! We have crazy hard water here too, and it is blissful when we (hubby!!) refill the salt. So much better for us and the appliances. Love it
I love the Bliss List!
Today I helped with other people to package 92,000 meals for Feed My Starving Children.
The sun was shining bright!
I had dinner with a friend I haven’t seen in some time.
I took a nap.
The photo in my post is titled “Handsome & Beautiful”. It makes me smile even more now that I have titled it in honor of Handsome & Beautiful, who frequently made me smile when I was growing up.
